ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

In stock orders are processed and leave our office within 2-3 business days.

If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available. 

If your order needs to be made, we will make it, and do our best to ship within 5 business days.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking (and insurance! It is jewellery after all!) and do not require a signature for delivery.  

*To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $200 or more, after discounts and promotions are applied.

All other orders are offered at a flat rate of $18 Canada wide. This includes your insurance and tracking. 

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

Delivery time will vary depending on your region. We are in Ontario, if you are in Ontario you will likely receive your bling fast. Nova Scotia, takes a bit longer, but it's worth the wait, and that's why we (only) offer a tracked shipping option.  

Is local pick up available? 

Local pick up is available. Please select that option at checkout. We will coordinate with you to arrange a time that works for both parties. Same day pick up is not available. We require the same processing time to get your order ready. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We only offer shipping to Canada at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bellabagu@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bellabagu@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
