What are your hours?
We are open from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada). All email inquiries will be answered during regular business hours.
Are all your pieces available online?
Our website is a good representation of our collection. However the BellaBagu Facebook page and Instagram page are great places to see the most up to date work and behind the scenes happenings.
How do I care for sterling silver? How do I care for my pieces?
Excellent question! Sterling tarnishes naturally and requires occasional cleaning. Proper storage, care and cleaning of your silver will ensure your pieces last. How should I store my pieces when I am not wearing them?
Sterling silver jewellery should not be left out to the air long term. Proper storage of jewellery is recommended. Keep pieces in sealed plastic bags or jewellery boxes to slow the tarnishing process. To help prevent scratches, tangling and other damage, store pieces separately.
Where do your materials come from?
We source our semi precious stones and sterling silver both locally and from reputable suppliers over the world, using only the highest quality. Each BellaBagu piece is individually handmade and may vary slightly from the photo. Semi precious stones vary in shape and colour. Colours on computer monitors and smart phones may look different than in person. We do our best to present all of our pieces as accurately as possible. If you have additional questions regarding sizing or colour, please do not hesitate to ask before placing your order.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We love that you're gifting our pieces! Your order will automatically include a pouch for gifting. Our gift boxes can be purchased as an add-on to your order.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Mississauga, Canada! All orders are shipped by us from our home studio office in Mississauga. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping to Canada on all orders over $150 after discounts and promo codes. All orders will always be sent with tracking and insurance. We just don't think it makes sense to send precious jewellery any other way!
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately BellaBagu doesn't offer any returns or exchanges, so please take the time to decide on the best piece, and size for you before purchasing. Be sure to read all of our product descriptions fully.
What's the best way to keep my BellaBagu piece from tangling, or tarnishing?
Please handle your piece with care as each piece is handmade with thin, delicate chain and findings that can tarnish or tangle if mistreated. Sterling silver is a precious metal and is soft. Chemicals in soaps, perfumes and lotions can be hard on jewellery and will speed up the aging process, and cause damage.
Here are a few tips on how to show your BellaBagu jewellery some love:
1. Remove rings and bracelets when washing your hands, doing the dishes or using lotions.
2. Avoid showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping in your jewellery.
3. When you're not wearing your jewellery, keep them in a jewellery box or jewellery bag to keep them from tangling with other pieces or collecting dust.
